Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 24, 2026

1. General Policy

Due to the personalised and time-sensitive nature of our consultation and ritual services, all payments are completely non-refundable once a session has been completed.

2. Payment Methods

Payments are accepted via Check, Zelle, or Venmo and are coordinated directly with us prior to your appointment.

3. Cancellations by Client

•   Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment: eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge

•   Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the appointment: eligible for a 50% refund or one-time rescheduling

•   Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: no refund will be issued

•   No-shows (client fails to attend without notice): no refund will be issued

4. Cancellations by VastuAndPuja

If we cancel or are unable to fulfil a confirmed appointment, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.

5. Rescheduling

Each booking allows one free reschedule if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Subsequent reschedules may incur a rescheduling fee.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of the session at info@vastuandpuja.com. We will review your concern and work toward a fair resolution.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned via the same payment method used at the time of booking (Check, Zelle, or Venmo) within 7–10 business days.
