Energy & Consciousness

Everything in the universe is made of energy. At the smallest level, atoms vibrate and create subtle fields that affect how we feel, think, and experience our surroundings.

When our energy is low, we feel cluttered, heavy, overwhelmed.
When our energy is high, we feel clear, open, peaceful, and connected.

Raising energy comes from practices like:

meditation
nature
color, light, and space alignment
rituals like Pūjā
a supportive home environment

Raising consciousness means expanding awareness: seeing our patterns, acting with intention, and understanding our place in a larger whole.

Vāstu and Pūjā work together to raise both.

Yantras & Sacred Geometry

Sacred geometry refers to universal patterns, circles, triangles, spirals, lotus forms, that appear in nature and symbolize harmony, balance, and interconnectedness.

A Yantra is a specific sacred geometric diagram used for focus, meditation, and the transmission of spiritual energy.

Yantras generally contain:

a central point (bindu)
circles, triangles, squares
lotus petals
directional and elemental symbolism

When activated with mantra, a Yantra becomes like a spiritual battery, absorbing and radiating energy continuously into the space around it.

The yantras used in our work serve as an energetic foundation for the Vāstu–Pūjā process.
